The Tenant Voice Team continues to shape and influence services across South Liverpool Homes.
The team has recruited new members, carried out tenant-led reviews of key services including The Market Place, Grow Speke and Reach, and monitored progress against their recommendations. Take a look at how we are implementing the recommendations from their recent service reviews:
Reach
We’re reviewing Reach to make it clearer that it’s an SLH service and to raise awareness of the support available. This includes refreshed promotional materials, more promotion in the community and closer working with Garston Job Centre.
Grow Speke
We’re developing Grow Speke to make the site more accessible and encourage more people to get involved. This includes plans for a multi-purpose building, stronger links with schools and more activities delivered with local organisations.
The Market Place
The Market Place helps members stretch their budgets further, offering groceries and everyday essentials at a fraction of supermarket prices. We’re making improvements to The Market Place to give members more choice and create a more welcoming experience. This includes a wider range of stock, better signage, family-friendly activities and clearer information about membership and the support available.
