Your home, your community – shaping our future together
South Liverpool Homes is inviting tenants to help shape our future by becoming Corporate Plan Champions.
As we begin work on our new Corporate Plan, the big picture strategy that will guide priorities over the next few years, we want tenants to be part of our decision making.
The plan will focus on four key themes: People, Place, Planet and Pound. And now, SLH is looking for tenants who want to play a leading role in shaping what happens next.
Have your say
Corporate Plan Champions will work alongside us to make sure tenant voices, experiences and ideas directly influence the plan. This is a chance for you to speak up about what matters most in your homes and communities, and help us shape the services you receive, and the neighbourhoods you live in.
Champions will be invited to take part in relaxed group discussions, share their views, and help identify priorities for the future. There will also be opportunities to get involved in community events and gather feedback from other tenants.
Make a real difference
By getting involved, tenants will:
• Have real say in decisions that affect your home and community
• Get the chance to make things better for your community
• Meet new people and be part of something positive
No previous experience is needed. Just your enthusiasm to share ideas and listen to others.
What you’ll get in return
As a thank you for their time and contributions, Corporate Plan Champions will receive a £30 gift voucher for each meeting or event you take part in.
Sound like you? Complete this form and we’ll get back to you with the next steps. If you change your mind after you have got in touch, that’s absolutely fine too!
NB: You must be an SLH tenant to become a Corporate Plan Champion.
Getting started
We’re excited to bring our Corporate Plan Champions together for the first time through a fresh, interactive workshop experience designed to spark new ideas and meaningful discussions. Using a creative, hands-on approach that encourages collaboration and different ways of thinking, the session will focus on four key areas – People, Place, Planet and Pound. It promises to be an enjoyable and engaging way to shape the future of SLH. The session will take place at an accessible local venue, with dates and times to be confirmed, and will also bring together colleagues from across SLH so we can truly co-create our next corporate plan.
