Performance information helps us understand what's working well, identify areas where we need to improve, and demonstrate how we are meeting our commitments to customers. It also helps customers, colleagues, partners and regulators hold us to account.
Our performance is reviewed every quarter by our board and Customer Services Committee (CSC). The CSC includes customers and independent members who help scrutinise our services, challenge our performance and influence improvement plans. You can find out more about the board and committee and read summaries of their work below.

Monthly Performance Reports
Our monthly performance reports provide a snapshot of how we're performing against key service standards and targets. They include measures covering areas such as repairs, customer satisfaction, empty homes, income collection and complaints.
These reports are updated every month, helping you track our performance throughout the year and see where we're delivering positive results and where further improvement is needed.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)
Tenant Satisfaction Measures are a set of measures introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to help tenants understand how well their landlord is performing.
They combine feedback from customers with information we collect about our services, allowing customers to compare our performance with other housing associations. We publish our TSM results annually, along with an explanation of what the results mean and the actions we're taking in response.
