Warehousing and forklift truck employment event coming to Reach

We’ve partnered with Employability Solutions and FareShare to promote 'Reach into Warehousing' – focusing on jobs and training in the warehousing and forklift truck sector.

The event will take place at Reach, Speke Library on 18 May 2022 from 10am to 12pm with special guests FareShare promoting job opportunities at the charity as well as their New Horizons forklift truck training course.

You may recognise FareShare as a partner of The Market Place. They’re a national food waste charity that helps us bring low-cost food to tenants visiting our community shop. FareShare has a distribution centre in South Liverpool and they are keen to provide jobs and training, as well as food, to local people.

Reach into Warehousing is the second of our sector-based employment and training events, after a successful Reach into Construction event back in April 2022. The concept is simple. For each event, we focus on a particular sector, bringing local employers and training providers together to help give you a head start in your chosen career.
