We've published our latest voids and lettings report, which provides an overview of how we allocated homes and relet empty properties between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026.
The report shows that we let 144 homes during the year, including 24 new build homes in Garston, while continuing to help customers move into suitable homes as quickly as possible. The average time it took to relet a home was 25 days.
It also highlights the growing demand for affordable housing, with 2,348 people on our waiting list at the end of the year, an increase of 155 compared with 2024-25. Waiting times remain particularly high in some areas, averaging more than seven years in Garston and six years in Speke.
The infographic explains how homes were allocated, the priority groups of customers who received homes, where lettings took place, and customer satisfaction with both the quality of their new home and our lettings service.
