Menopause, health and work: Help 'Own The Change'

19/10/2026

Three people sit around a table during a discussion, with a laptop open in front of them. One person is speaking while the others listen, creating the impression of a collaborative workshop or focus group. The setting is bright and informal, with a coffee cup and workspace visible on the table.
We want to understand how menopause and long-term health conditions can affect women’s ability to stay in or return to work, so we can help shape better support in your local community.

We’ve partnered with Transform Lives Company, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and the University of Liverpool to deliver Own The Change; a programme exploring the links between menopause and longer-term health conditions.

We want to hear from women aged 35+ who are going through, think they may be going through, or have previously experienced perimenopause or menopause.

Whether you’re in work or currently unemployed, we’d love to hear about your experiences.

Fill in the survey here.

The survey is open until Sunday 15 November, so share your experiences and help shape the support available to local women.
