If you pay your rent or other charges using the allpay app or allpay online payments, there’s an important change you need to know about.
From Monday 11 May 2026, the old allpay app and online payment portal will no longer be available. Allpay has upgraded its service and payments have now moved to a new system called allpayments.
What is allpayments?
Allpayments is allpay’s new payment app and website, designed to make managing payments simpler and more secure. It replaces the old allpay app.
With allpayments, you can:
- Make quick and easy payments
- Repeat previous payments using the ‘Pay again’ feature
- Track payments and download receipts
- Get instant confirmation when a payment is successful
- Use secure login and, on the app, options like Face ID and Touch ID
- Pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay (app only)
What do I need to do?
If you already use the allpay app or pay online with allpay:
Download the new allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
or
Visit the new allpayments website at https://new.allpayments.net/
You can log in using your existing allpay username and password, and your details will move across automatically.
Please note: this is not an update to the old app. You will need to download the new allpayments app.
If you don’t use allpay to pay online
You don’t need to do anything. Other ways to pay are still available. However, you’re welcome to start using allpayments if you want an easier way to manage payments digitally.
