Our vibrant Pride celebrations return to Grow Speke next month! Join us on Friday 24 July, 11am–2pm for a fun, festival-style afternoon of live music, entertainment, and celebration in support of our LGBTQ+ community.
This annual event at our community garden celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion by bringing together a fantastic mix of live performances, children’s activities, face painting, arts & crafts and free health checks.
What’s on:
- 11am – 11.30am - Liverpool singer Gabriella will be bringing the party with club classics and pop bangers.
- 11.30am - 12pm - Paul Hitchmough, singer/songwriter & Grow Speke volunteer, performing songs from the 60s.
- 12pm – 12.15pm - MD Productions, street dance school, featured on Britain’s Got Talent, will be performing.
- 12.30pm - 1.15pm - Speke Community Choir performing feel-good, sing-along tunes.
- 1.15pm - 2pm - We’ll be rounding off the day with a closing performance from Gabriella!
We’ll be firing up the BBQ and providing everyone with free refreshments.

Marching at Liverpool Pride
We’re proud to be supporting this year’s Liverpool Pride march on Saturday 25 July too. Marching alongside our SLH colleagues, we would love you to join us. It’s a great opportunity to stand together to show support for our LGBTQ+ community.
Join us from 10am at St John’s Beacon as we march with our HouseProud North West partners. We’d love to see you there!
