We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), which sets the required standards for all registered social housing providers.
The RSH standards cover:
Economic standards
These are about making sure housing providers are financially strong, well run and use money properly. They also aim to support enough social housing being built and make sure public funding is protected and delivers good value.
Consumer standards
These are about making sure homes are safe, good quality and well managed, and that tenants are treated fairly. They also make sure tenants have a voice, can hold their landlord to account, and are kept informed in an open and transparent way.

Inspections and stability checks
The RSH aims to carry out an inspection of all housing associations every four years, unless there is a need to complete this sooner.
Our most recent inspection was completed between December 2024 and April 2025. We achieved the highest rating:
- G1 for Governance (G)
- V1 for Financial Viability (V)
- C1 for Consumer (C), our first time rated against this standard
