Seated yoga classes at The Market Place Social!
It’s important to us that our wellbeing sessions are inclusive and accessible for all. Each week we run seated exercise classes which are designed to help improve strength and balance, from the comfort of a chair.
Chair-based yoga will take place every Thursday, 1pm – 2pm at The Market Place Social.
It’s perfect for all abilities and a great way to stay active in a supportive, friendly environment. Each move is adaptable to your abilities. Come along, engage with your inner yogi and give it a go!
