About the development

Our Church Road and Window Lane developments will see 24 homes built on two small infill sites, which include a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom houses, plus two bungalows.

  • The homes will be built to achieved EPC A efficiency standards and will include solar PV panels and EV charging points.
  • Planning has been obtained, and work began in September 2024.
  • The first homes are scheduled for completion in December 2025 and we hope to complete both schemes by autumn 2026.
  • The development is part of SLH’s wider plans to build 780 new homes across Speke and Garston by 2032.

Following large scale redevelopment schemes at Churchfields and Window Lane, we’re delighted to be bringing more affordable homes to Garston Under the Bridge.
