What happens next?

When our contractor calls to arrange a visit, please make sure you are at home that day to let them in. If you are not home, they cannot see what work needs to be done.

What will the appointment involve?

Our contractor will come to your house to see what work needs to be done. They will look at the condition of the parts of your home that will be affected by the work. They will also give you their contact details and emergency contact numbers in case you need them.

I need to change my appointment

If you want to change your appointment, please tell our contractor at least a day before. Missed appointments waste time and money and affect other people in your community who are waiting for work to be done.
