Choose the way to pay your rent that suits you

We use the income from your rent to carry our repairs and improvements to your home and invest in your communities. You can pay in many different ways, including Direct Debit, online, or by phone.

Direct Debit

This is the easiest way to pay your rent as you don’t have to remember to pay each month. You can set this up weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly, whichever way suits you best!

Get in touch with us to set up your direct debit and take the hassle out of paying your rent.

How long does it take to set up a Direct Debit?

You can set up your direct debit on the day you contact us, but please note that it will take approximately 14 days for your first payment to be processed.

We will confirm the exact date when your first payment will be taken.

In the meantime, we recommend making manual payments towards your rent to avoid falling behind with your rent.

What is the Direct Debit Guarantee?

The direct debit guarantee means you can get a refund if an error occurs. An error could be:

  • Taking payment after the direct debit instruction has been cancelled
  • Taking a payment on a date other than the due date
  • Taking a payment for a different amount than agreed.
