Pizza pasta bake

Whip up this cheesy pizza pasta bake for an easy, comforting meal the whole family will love!

With just 10 minutes prep time; this recipe serves four, takes 45 minutes to cook and will become a family favourite before long!

  • 350g pasta
  • 2 x tins of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 500ml stock
  • 100g grated cheese
  • To make the tomato sauce, empty both tins of chopped tomatoes in a bowl and add a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
  • Mix well
  • Place the uncooked pasta into an ovenproof dish then pour over the tomato sauce and spread over the pasta, using the back of a spoon or spatula
  • Next, pour the stock over pasta and sauce
  • Place the dish in the oven 180°c for 15 minutes. After the allotted time, remove and stir
  • Place dish back in the oven for another 15 minutes
  • Give the pasta another stir and sprinkle on the cheese, plus any extra toppings you would like to add (pepperoni, for example)
  • Pop the dish back into the oven for a final 10 minutes
  • Once cooked, remove from oven, allow to stand for 5 minutes, then serve!
