- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250g egg or rice noodles
- Place the noodles in a pan and cook on a low heat for 8 minutes
- Stir-fry the veggies in oil on a low heat until it starts to brown
- Add soy sauce
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the vegetables
- Toss together and eat!
