Make your own healthy egg-fried rice

Fancy a takeaway? This easy peasy recipe takes less than 10 minutes and is the perfect fakeaway recipe to have in your back pocket!

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Heat a little oil in a pan, scramble the eggs.
  • Add the cooked rice and peas to the pan. Stir well.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and cook for three minutes.
Tip: Add chopped spring onions for extra crunch.
