Make your own healthy egg-fried rice

- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Heat a little oil in a pan, scramble the eggs.
- Add the cooked rice and peas to the pan. Stir well.
- Pour in the soy sauce and cook for three minutes.
