Online surveys

Online surveys are a quick and easy way for you to tell us about your housing experiences, preferences and satisfaction levels, from the comfort of your own home.

They will cover various topics and the data collected from these surveys will help us identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to better serve you, our tenants.

Online surveys may be shared throughout the year here on our website, via email, social media or text message.

Telephone surveys

Telephone surveys allow us to gather more in-depth feedback and insights about your experience with SLH – good or bad. During these surveys, we will ask a series of questions related to your opinion and satisfaction of various aspects of their housing.

Independent customer satisfaction surveys

Every month, market research company IFF Research calls a random sample of 50 customers to give us an up-to-date picture of how satisfied tenants are at any time throughout the year.

In total, IFF Research completes 600 surveys a year, which also helps us understand how we are performing against the Regulator of Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures.

Who is IFF Research?

IFF Research is a market research company that works on behalf of a wide range of organisations to gather customer satisfaction data. They’re registered with the Market Research Society and bound by their code of conduct. This means that you can be reassured that your survey responses are not shared with any other organisations or used for marketing purposes. The surveys will be carried out by telephone or sent to you by email.

Which number will they call me from?

IFF Research will make their calls from 0330 027 3449. When they call, they'll explain who they are and ask if you're happy to complete a survey about South Liverpool Homes. It's entirely up to you whether you'd like to take part in the survey, but your feedback is really valuable to us so we can improve our services to you. All your responses will be kept confidential.

What happens to my feedback?

We will use your feedback to improve our services to you as well helping us to identify where to focus our resources. We will share the results of the surveys on our digital channels and in the Bulletin magazine.
