About the development
Work has started on site at Tramway Road in Aigburth, where we are building 28 one and two-bedroom apartments.
- The development will utilise a brownfield site on Aigburth Road between Borromeo Close and Tramway Road, close to Lark Lane and with easy access to bus and rail routes into the city centre.
- There will be a range of standard and duplex apartments, all boasting open-plan living, with several apartments featuring balconies. All homes will feature dedicated off-street parking.
- All homes will be built to EPC A efficiency standards, including PV solar panels and energy-efficient heating and hot water systems.
- The development is due to be completed in early 2027 and is part of our commitment to build 780 new homes in south Liverpool before 2032.
Further specification and tenure details will be released shortly.
