About the development
The development will consist of 27 apartments for social rent, 12 apartments specifically for older people, and 35 apartments for rent to buy.

Work began on site in August 2023 and it is anticipated that the development will be completed by May 2026.
The £14m construction project will be delivered by Legacie and co-funded by Homes England, part of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
