Meet your Housing and Community Officer

Our team of Housing and Community Officers are a visible and approachable presence in our neighbourhoods. They work proactively to support tenants and communities, managing tenancy and estate matters and responding to customer enquiries with care and professionalism.

They are committed to ensuring that every customer is treated fairly, listened to, and that their views help shape the services we provide.

As part of their role, Housing and Community Officers are actively involved in delivering neighbourhood plans, overseeing estate management and improvements, and leading engagement activities. This includes home visits carried out through our ‘Knowing Our Customers’ campaign, which aims to ensure every tenant is visited at least once every 18 months.
