We are inclusive

We believe in building an inclusive environment where opportunities are open to and diversity is valued.

    Our colleagues

All of our colleagues, including those who may be working on behalf of SLH, will treat others with courtesy, respect and consideration. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is considered and embedded in everything we do, and we strive to attract and retain people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences at all levels in the organisation.

    Our customers

We will ensure fair access to all our services so that our customers particular needs are accommodated. Along with local government and statutory agencies, we assess the housing needs of local communities, especially those groups facing discrimination so that they are recognised and prioritised.

    Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion requires a strong commitment and concerted action to build an inclusive environment. Therefore, every colleague at South Liverpool Homes has a responsibility to make SLH an inclusive environment where all colleagues and customers feel welcome and can be their authentic selves.

    Gender Pay Gap Statement

Although we are not required to report our gender pay gap, it’s important we monitor this to ensure colleagues are treated fairly, irrespective of their gender.

As of 5 April 2024, our gender pay gap was 9.72% in favour of men.
