South Liverpool Homes (SLH) has been officially named as one of the 2022 UK Best Workplaces™ for Women – ranking 4th among 96 medium-sized UK-based organisations that made the list.
This recognition comes on the back of all colleagues completing the Great Place to Work® survey last year which is designed to measure employee engagement. The results that make up the Best Workplaces™ for Women list are based on what women said about their workplace experience and how well represented they are in their organisation.
Earlier this year, SLH launched its new vision and values with inclusivity being one of the five values that colleagues chose to be the heart and soul of the organisation. Colin Gibson, SLH’s Executive Director of Culture & Communications said: “We are delighted with this accolade which is proof that SLH is a great workplace for all.
