Join us for our school’s out summer event!

This July we’ll be popping up in your neighbourhood with a jam-packed school’s out event, celebrating the start of the summer holidays!  

We’re hosting a free, fun-filled day for families on Tuesday 29 July, from 11am–2pm at the Parklands Building, Speke. 

Enjoy face painting, a reptile farm, VR gaming, and a live cooking demo showing how to make healthy, affordable meals. 

Let’s get cooking! 

Our friends at Cook Clean and Green will be hosting a cooking demonstration. We’ll be showing you how to make low-cost, easy meals using ingredients stocked at our community pantry, The Market Place.  

There will be food tasters of each recipe cooked on the day and recipe cards for you to take home.

Our community partners play a vital role in connecting you to different services, projects, and local events in your area.  

We have a variety of local organisations attending for you to meet and speak with including Mindset Matters, Speke Adventure Playground, Merseyside Police, Sure Start Children’s Centre for Speke and Garston, Onward Homes and many more.
