Beware bogus callers!

A big thank you to customers who have made us aware of potential bogus callers who are attempting to access customers’ homes, posing as Avela Home Service employees.
We’d like to take this opportunity to assure you that both Avela Home Service and SLH colleagues always carry photo identification badges, so please don’t hesitate to ask them for their ID before letting them into your home.
Bogus calls often increase over the festive period, so if you have any concerns, don’t let them in, and let us know.
