Have your say with our community engagement surveys!

During October, we held three community engagements events across Speke and Garston. They were well attended, packed with fun family-friendly activities. 

The aim of the events was to speak to you, face-to-face, to find out what you like and dislike about your neighbourhood, how you would like to influence decision making at SLH and what you think good customer service looks like. 

A big thank you to everyone who came along. We spoke with a whopping 359 of you, with 271 surveys completed, which is a great result!  

If you would like to have your say, there is still time to take part. 

We want to gather as many opinions as possible, so that we can understand more about what matters to you. There are three online surveys you can feed into, and they will be open until Friday 15 November.  

Customer Standards survey 

We're interested in hearing about your experience of our customer contact centre, the quality of our service, and how satisfied you are with how your query was resolved. 

Customer Voice survey 

We want to know if, and how, you would like to be involved and have your voice heard at SLH. This feedback will help to ensure the opportunities to be involved are accessible, impactful and meet the needs of our customers. 

Environment survey 

We want to understand the environmental issues in your neighbourhood that are important to you. Participating in local environmental groups and initiatives, including local clean-ups can help to promote the wellbeing benefits of gardening and green up your local area. Your feedback will help us create opportunities and partnerships that make a real impact in your neighbourhoods. 

Once the surveys have closed, we will share the results with you and how we will be using your feedback to improve our services.
