Join the Housing Ombudsman's resident panel

Published: 10 April 2024
The Housing Ombudsman is inviting social housing residents to apply to join its Resident Panel.
This is your opportunity to have your voice heard and make a difference to the services that affect you!
Why should you join the panel?
- Share your experiences - Help the ombudsman identify areas where services can be improved and help make sure residents are at the centre of their work.
- Shape their service -Â Attend regular meetings with the ombudsman and have your say via short surveys, consultations, and virtual discussions. Your feedback will give residents a voice in everything they do.
- Learn more about the Housing Ombudsman -Â Be the first to hear about the work the ombudsman is doing to improve landlord services and how it will positively impact residents living in social housing.
- Talk to others -Â The ombudsman wants to make sure its service is accessible to all residents who live in social housing. As a Panel member, you can help them reach residents in your local community and raise awareness of the service.
Applications will close on Tuesday 30 April. You can apply online at www.housing-ombudsman.org.uk/residents/resident-panel
