Spring into Wellbeing with SLH this March!

Following the success of our wellbeing events last year, we’re hosting another free session at Parklands Atrium in Speke on Tuesday 5 March, 10am–2pm.

Spring into Wellbeing is our health, wellbeing and financial support event that brings together local organisations that share cost-saving ideas and support your health and wellbeing.  

Come along to meet our dedicated teams for information and advice about our services, rent, benefits, energy-saving tips and warm spaces.

Plus, find out about the many different lifestyle services on offer; mindful movement, social events and snag winter warmer recipe cards! 

We will be joined by a real mix of organisations including;

What’s On 

SWAGGA Primary Care Network will be providing free BMI and blood pressure readings.  

Our Cook It demonstration will make a return on the day too. Bay Tree Cooking Academy will be joining us from their pop-up kitchen. There will be samples available all day and recipe cards for you to take away! 

Bring your bike along to get it security marked and registered for free by Merseyside Police. There will be bike safety and security advice for cyclists of all ages.  

Our community shop, The Market Place, will be open during the event, 10am – 1pm. If you’re not yet a member and would like to join, ask an SLH colleague or one of our shop volunteers on day and we’ll get you signed up. If you have any questions about your tenancy or rent account, our reception will be open during the event too.
