It’s that time of year again, when we open the doors to our independent living schemes in Woolton and ask you to take a closer look at the two purpose-built developments for over 55s.

We have two developments, Cobden Place on Vale Road, a short walk from historic Woolton village, and Servite Court, Millcroft Road, just off Macket’s Lane.

Both developments offer the perfect blend of independence when you want it, with support and community when you need it.

Our range of self-contained apartments are set in relaxing landscaped gardens, giving you the privacy you need but with the added benefit of friendly, cosy communal areas, where you can either get involved with a range of social activities or just relax and do your thing. It’s up to you.

The apartments

We have a range of one-bed apartments for single people or couples – all apartments are completely self-contained, with their own bathrooms, kitchens and living areas, with a range of apartments that cater for residents with different accessibility needs.
