Jubilee office closure

Wishing everyone in our communities a great time as we come together to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee!  

Our offices will close at 1pm on Wednesday 1 June and will reopen on Monday 6 June at 9am. Between those times all calls to our 0330 303 3000 number will be diverted to our out-of-hours emergency service. However, you can still report repairs up until 8pm on Wednesday 1 June. 

Reporting repairs 

Our out-of-hours service is for emergencies only. Examples of an emergency repair include a blocked toilet if you only have one toilet in the home, a major water leak or loss of power to your home. Messages sent to us via email, webchat, social media and mySLH will not be responded to until we return.  

Paying your rent

Our other services 

Our employability hub Reach, our community shop The Market Place and Grow Speke will also be closed during the extended jubilee bank holiday.
