South Liverpool Homes recognised as one of UK’s Best Workplaces™ for five years in a row

South Liverpool Homes (SLH) is delighted to be recognised as one of 290 UK’s Best Workplaces™ by Great Place to Work®, a consultancy specialising in workplace culture.

Personal development opportunities are just one reason why employees love working at South Liverpool Homes, with 98% saying they are happy with the training offered by the organisation. Fair treatment of employees was also ranked highly with a high proportion of colleagues saying they are treated fairly, regardless of gender, race, age or sexual orientation. 98% of employees said SLH was a great place to work.

It isn’t the first time SLH has received this kudos for being an excellent employer; this will be the fifth consecutive time the organisation has made the list, with a ranking of 26 this year.

The result is based on the outcome of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ survey, which was completed by 86% of SLH’s employees in November 2021. Great Place to Work® rigorously evaluates these surveys and those organisations who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status in either the large, medium or small organisation list. South Liverpool Homes was placed in the medium-sized list, employing approximately 100 people.
