Make time for a cuppa this Brew Monday!
Published: 10 January 2022
We’re proudly supporting Samaritans’ Brew Monday this coming Monday 17 January.
The third Monday in January is sometimes referred to as ‘the most miserable day of the year’ but this simply isn’t true. Samaritans know that there is no such thing as ‘Blue Monday’ – we all have our good days and our bad days, and when you are feeling down, a friendly face and a chat over a cup of tea can make the world of difference.
We’ll pop the kettle on – all you need to do is turn up!
We’ll be at The Coffee Vault café on St Mary’s Road, Garston from 11am till 1pm and we’d love you to join us. Pop in for a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake on us. This is your opportunity to meet new people or simply catch up with faces you haven’t seen in a while and have a natter.
We will also be running a free sketching class on the day with Jayne from North End Sketch Club – you don’t need to bring anything with you to take part.
Don’t let January, this Monday, or any other day for that matter, make you feel blue. Instead, come along and have a chat over a brew!
It’s good to talk
