Complete the Institute of Customer Service survey this December

Published: 7 December 2021
We know that there are areas where we need to improve your customer experience, so we’ve partnered with the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) to conduct a survey and get your feedback on how we’re doing.
The ICS is the UK’s independent professional customer service body and works alongside companies in the private and the public sector to improve and help shape their customers’ experience.
One of the first tasks they require is to get a better understanding of what our customers think of our service, and they will be sending out a customer satisfaction survey out on our behalf byemail on Wednesday 8 December.
The results will be used to identify what’s working well and areas for improvement. It will also allow us to compare ourselves with other housing providers as well as other organisations such as Amazon, First Direct and John Lewis.
Once your survey is completed you will be entered into prize draw to win ÂŁ250 in high street vouchers. It will take 5-10 minutes to complete, and all survey responses are completely confidential.
But if you would like to share your experience with us or would like a specific response from us, please contact us at info@southliverpoolhomes.co.uk.
Thank you very much for your help. We look forward to receiving your feedback.
