Get ready for the 2021 Everyone Together survey
Published: 21 September 2021
Since 2019, we have surveyed our tenants to find out the issues affecting them and how we can improve our neighbourhoods.
We call this campaign Everyone Together and it has been incredibly helpful in shaping our plans for the future. Our previous surveys have resulted in the launch of our community investment team, which leads on environmental issues, health and wellbeing and employment and training. In 2020, Everyone Together helped us assess the impact of the coronavirus pandemic and direct our support services to the people who need them most.
For 2021, we will be contacting our tenants over the phone to ask you things like:
- how you think we should spend our money
- how you would like to get more involved with SLH
- what you think makes a strong community
- what support you need with issues like money, wellbeing or anti-social behaviour
Your responses will be used to help us shape our new corporate plan and provide you with the help you need from our specialist teams, such as benefits and energy advice and community safety.
We will begin calling our tenants on Monday 27 September and the call should only take around five minutes of your time. Our colleagues will not ask you for any personal information and your responses will be treated in complete confidence.
Completing the survey is not compulsory but the more information we get, the better we can deliver the homes and services that you want.
Thanks and we look forward to speaking to you soon!
