South Liverpool Homes named one of UK’s best workplaces for women

We're delighted to announce that we have been recognised as a Best Workplace for Women™ by Great Place to Work UK®, ranking 2nd among 114 UK-based organisations who made the list.
This recognition comes on the back of all our employees completing the Great Place to Work® survey last year which is designed to measure employee engagement, including the extent to which women across South Liverpool Homes reported a consistently great workplace experience. This considered factors such as their daily experience of innovation, inclusivity, company values, and the effectiveness of their leaders.
Julie Fadden, Chief Executive of South Liverpool Homes said: “We’re absolutely delighted with this result. The past 15 months have been tough for everyone, with millions of people having to balance their job and personal lives in a way they have never had to do before. Focussing on colleague wellbeing was a key priority for us. Addressing workloads, changing working patterns to suit family life and offering 1-2-1 counselling to those who were really struggling all helped to sustain a healthy work environment during a very difficult time for colleagues.
