Complete our ‘Everyone Together’ survey and have your say

Published: 29 September 2020
How has the coronavirus impacted your health and wellbeing? It’s important for us to understand how you’ve been affected so that we can tailor our services to meet your needs. We want to provide you with the best advice and support we can, so this October our annual ‘Everyone Together’ survey is returning for its second year.
Last year, we carried out surveys to find out how you feel about living in your neighbourhood. Your feedback was invaluable and has given us a better understanding of some of the issues you are facing and how we can work together to resolve them.
Following the results of the survey, we created a brand-new community investment team to help support you and your communities, especially when it comes to delivering services to support you with your health and wellbeing.
Ways to get involved
Now more than ever, it’s important that we consult with you and hear your thoughts on our services, so we can use your experiences and feedback to shape the work SLH does in the future. This year, the survey will focus on your health and wellbeing and, we want to know your concerns – big or small.
To adhere to social distancing rules, the survey will be carried out by phone and will consist of just six short questions. Because many of our staff are working from home, you will receive a call from either a mobile number or our 0330 number. It we can’t reach you; we will leave a voicemail and arrange to call back another time.
We would be grateful if you could spare a couple of minutes of your time when we give you a call so we can use your feedback to get a better understanding of the challenges you face, so we can ensure we’re offering equal and inclusive support for everyone.
Moving SLH forward
Keep an eye on our social media channels as we will be sharing the results of the survey in the coming months. Your feedback is important as we will use it to strengthen our services and focus our resource for the next year.
