How to contact us over the August bank holiday weekend

We’re closed on Friday 28 and Monday 31 August for the bank holiday weekend but here’s how you can contact us, whether that’s paying your rent, reporting repairs or something else.
Phone: 0330 303 3000
- FRIDAY: You can report repairs to Avela Home Service from 8am to 8pm.
- SATURDAY: You can report repairs to Avela Home Service from 8am to 1pm. After 1pm you can report emergency repairs only.
- SUNDAY: Emergency repairs only.
- MONDAY: Emergency repairs only.
You can pay your rent over the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week using our automated payment line.
Social Media: Messages to our social media channels will not be monitored during this time but will be picked up when we return. If your enquiry is urgent we always advise that you call us on 0330 303 3000.
Webchat: Our automated SLH ChatBot will be on hand to answer common questions and refer you to information on our website.
Website: You can report repairs, pay your rent or message us using mySLH. Messages sent via mySLH, Get in Touch and other website forms will be picked up when we return on Tuesday 1 September.
Email: Emails sent to our email@example.com address will be picked up when we return on Tuesday 1 September.
