Full repairs and maintenance service to resume on 1 August

We are pleased to announce that our full repairs and maintenance service is set to resume on 1 August.
Our repairs service has been restricted to emergencies and legally-required safety checks since March due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Your safety and that of our colleagues and contractors is always our top priority. Following a thorough risk assessment with our contractor Avela Home Service, from Monday 20 July we will begin to take repair appointments for 1 August onwards. Please note that we are still working through outstanding repairs so there may be some delay in getting to your repair job. We thank you in advance for your patience.
On 1 June we restarted planned exterior maintenance such as painting and roofing and we restarted our kitchen programme on 6 July. Our full planned maintenance programme (e.g. bathrooms) will restart on 1 August. If you are due any planned maintenance work we will contact you directly to arrange this.
Our adaptations service remains suspended while we learn more about the risks involved with multiple tradespeople working in a home where tenants may have increased vulnerability. We will communicate our plan regarding adaptations when we are confident that this can be done safely.
