Keeping in touch during the coronavirus outbreak

Published: 17 March 2020
We’re taking steps to help delay the spread of coronavirus in our communities.
Because of this you might not be able to contact SLH in your usual way - for instance, to apply for a home, pay your rent, report a repair, report anti-social behaviour or something else.
Apply for a home
You don’t need to visit our office to apply to join our waiting list.
Apply online via the website here.
To check on the progress of your application call us on 0151 285 5630.
Get in touch
We've got lots of ways to get in touch from the comfort of your own home so you can choose a way that suits you.
Ways to pay your rent
There are a number of ways you can pay your rent from home; if you have to self-isolate or if you are uncomfortable visiting public places.
