South Liverpool Homes named a centre of Excellence in Wellbeing

SLH has been recognised by Great Place to Work® as a centre of Excellence in Wellbeing, demonstrating their commitment to creating a happier and healthier work environment for employees
This recognition comes on the back of employees completing the Great Place to Work® survey in October 2018 which is designed to measure the levels of wellbeing in the workplace. The survey seeks employees’ experiences and views on six areas that underpin wellbeing – work environment, financial security, mental and physical health, inter-personal relationships, work-life balance and fulfilment.
SLH has a range of initiatives designed to support colleagues to flourish, whether at work or home. They offer continuous professional development and flexible working practices, as well providing free yoga and exercises classes, weekly fruit deliveries and additional annual leave for your child’s first day at school or graduation ceremony.
