We need your compliments, suggestions and complaints. Our aim is to delight you with the service we provide. To ensure that we achieve this it is important that we know what you think about the services you receive.
Take part in a survey
Whether it’s a quick and convenient online survey that you can do on your phone, or a more in-depth survey over the phone, we regularly gather our customers’ opinions on a wide range of topics related to their homes and communities.
Focus groups and more
Have a little more time to spare? We have range of other ways to speak up about issues that affect you. Join a focus or project group to drill into a particular issue, take part in one of our policy reviews or become an SLH mystery shopper!

Customer Services Committee
The Customer Services Committee acts as the customer voice to our board. The committee represent the voices of our whole community, influences our decision making on key landlord responsibilities, and enables the customer voice to continuously improve the services SLH offers.
