Choose the way to pay your rent that suits you
We use the income from your rent to carry our repairs and improvements to your home and invest in your communities. You can pay in many different ways, including Direct Debit, online, or by phone.
Direct DebitÂ
This is the easiest way to pay your rent as you don’t have to remember to pay each month. You can set this up weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly, whichever way suits you best!
Get in touch with us to set up your direct debit and take the hassle out of paying your rent.Â
Pay recurring payments from your debit cardÂ
Just like direct debits, recurring payments mean you don’t have to think about paying your rent every month. All we’ll need is your card details, tell us how often you would like to pay and we’ll handle the rest.
Get in touch with us to set this up. Â
mySLHÂ
Sign up for mySLH and you can pay your rent as well as accessing your rent account, repair history and update personal details. If you are new to mySLH, you will need an email address and your tenancy number which can be found on your rent statement.
Get in touch with us if you need your tenancy number.Â
Standing orderÂ
You can set up a standing order to pay us directly from your bank. You should be able to do this from your banking app, or by calling your bank. Please use your six-digit tenancy number as your reference so we know who’s paying us.Â
allpay appÂ
Download the free allpay app and pay your rent using your smartphone. The app securely stores your payment reference numbers, bank details and payment amounts, allowing you to pay anytime, anywhere.Â
By phone Â
To make a payment on our automated payment line, call us on 0330 303 3000, select option 2 and follow the instructions. You will need your rent payment card and debit card or credit card.Â
Pay at your local shopÂ
You can pay at your local Paypoint or Payzone shop, or at your local Post Office. All you need is a rent payment card from us. If you don’t have a card, please get in touch. Remember to always keep your receipt as proof of payment.Â
