What is Personal Independence Payment?
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) helps with the extra costs of disability or long-term health conditions for people aged 16 to 64. It is a non-means tested benefit. So getting it doesn’t matter how much you earn, or whether you have savings or cash in the bank.
Am I eligible?
To get PIP you must:
- need help with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing preparing food or getting around, or need help with both
- have needed this help for at least 3 months and expect to need it for at least another 9 months, unless a terminal diagnosis exists.
If you need help with a claim get in touch by filling in the form below and one of our benefits advisors will contact you. Or you can contact us on 0330 303 3000
