What is a neighbourhood inspection?
Our neighbourhood management officers carry out monthly inspections across all the communities we serve.
We carry out these inspections to:Â
- allow us to monitor the appearance and upkeep of the places where you live and report any concerns to the relevant teams at SLH or to Liverpool City Council.
- create opportunities to work together to make where you live a safer and happier place to live.
- give you an opportunity to join us, have your say and make a real difference in your neighbourhood!
We will let you know what we have done to improve and maintain the areas as part of those inspections.
What can I expect from a neighbourhood inspection?
On our neighbourhood inspections, we take a tour of each ‘patch’, armed with our trusty litter pickers, spotting issues, and passing them onto Liverpool City Council or our other teams, depending on what the issue may be.
It’s a great opportunity for you to chat with your neighbourhood management officers and show us, first-hand, any neighbourhood concerns and talk about the services we provide.
We will often be joined by other partners such as the council, or Merseyside Police who will be there to listen to your ideas and concerns.
How can you get involved?
If you'd like to join one of our inspections, please complete the quick form below to let us know you're coming, or just turn up on the day. Check the meeting place listed below for the specific inspection. We look forward to seeing you there!Â
