Cyclical Maintenance

Regular maintenance to keep your home in good condition 

In addition to completing day to day repairs, SLH completes a regular maintenance work programme to keep your home in good condition. This programme is referred to as Cyclical Maintenance Programme. Here's what it covers.

Pre-paint repairs to side gates and attached store doors including replacement where necessary.

Painting of all previously painted areas to the property.

Window maintenance including oiling and greasing of all window locks and hinges.

Cyclical maintenance programme 

The Cyclical Maintenance Programme will take place in your area in the following years:

  • 2024/25: St Christopher’s, Station Road, Damwood
