£25,532 per annum plus excellent benefits

35 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed term contract until 1 April 2023 (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hybrid working (mixture of home and our office in Speke, Liverpool)

What will your role be?

As the Income Management Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to all calls directed to the Income Management team to deliver a high-quality, customer focused response to all rent account enquiries, from current and former SLH tenants. Reporting to the Income Manager, you will also assist in with the coordination and administration of all aspects of income management.

What skills and experience will you have?

Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a customer focussed environment is essential for this role. You’ll have the ability to manage and prioritise your workload, problem-solve, accurately maintain records and work effectively as part of a team.

An understanding of social housing and welfare benefits is desirable for this role.
