Head of Governance & Assurance

Salary: circa £64k per annum + excellent benefits

Location: Hybrid working – our office in Speke, Liverpool, and home working

Hours: 35 hours – we are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’ to support any applicants looking for reduced hours/days.

Contract: Permanent

What will your role be?

You will be the primary source of advice on governance to our Board and Executive Management Team . This will span everything from legal and regulatory advice to the development of strategy and corporate planning. You will actively consider future and current business risks providing expertise and support which challenges and enables our people to achieve our strategy and ambitions.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking to recruit an experienced governance and assurance specialist to become our Head of Governance & Assurance. 

You will have a deep understanding of governance and risk management to ensure SLH meets the highest standards of excellence in governance and probity, whilst also ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including the Code of Governance.
