Salary:  Circa £64k per annum + excellent benefits
Location: Hybrid working – our office in Speke, Liverpool, and home working
Hours: 35 hours – we are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’ to support any applicants looking for reduced hours/days.

What will your role be?
You will be the primary source of advice on development to our Board and Executive Directors. Leading a small highly motivated team you will deliver our development and regeneration programme on time, within budget and in line with our development strategy. Under our 2022-27 corporate plan, we are committed to building more than 280 affordable new homes. In doing so, we will complete the final sites in our longstanding Speke masterplan, build new homes in Garston and explore opportunities outside of our core areas to grow the pipeline.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking to recruit an experienced development specialist to become our Head of Development & Growth.
You will have experience leading on development and sustainability and have the expertise to help us determine future investment decisions, ensuring we take an effective approach to decarbonisation and sustainability.
You will have a track record in delivering housing association development programmes and have experience and practical knowledge of building, construction, contracts, and stakeholder management.

Final Interviews: Week commencing 8 August 2022 (held at our office in Speke, Liverpool).
