Avela Home Service - Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £19,000 per annum
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 (Mon-Fri)
Annual Leave: 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays
Contract Type: Permanent

This role is offered through our Joint Venture with Penny Lane Builders - Avela Home Service who are responsible for our repairs and maintenance services.
What will your role be?
On behalf of Avela Home Service, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional and responsive front-line customer service in respect of property repairs and maintenance which meets both customer expectations and KPI’s. You will ensure operatives diaries are maximised to best efficiency to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact for all repairs related enquiries you will manage enquiries across all communication platforms (phone, email or webchat).
What skills and experience will you have?
The successful candidate will have a good level of education, including English Language and Mathematics. You will be IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, and have the ability to use scheduling job management systems and client housing management systems. You will have experience of working in a Contact Centre environment, taking customer calls and dealing with customer complaints.
