Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
South Liverpool Homes is committed to supporting and promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within our organisation and communities. We believe in building an inclusive environment where opportunities are open to all, where diversity is valued, and where everyone can reach their full potential.

Our colleagues
All of our colleagues, including those who may be working on behalf of SLH, will treat others with courtesy, respect and consideration. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is considered and embedded in everything we do, and we strive to attract and retain people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences at all levels in the organisation.

Our customers
We will ensure fair access to all our services so that our customers particular needs are accommodated. Along with local government and statutory agencies, we assess the housing needs of local communities, especially those groups facing discrimination so that they are recognised and prioritised.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion requires a strong commitment and concerted action to build an inclusive environment. Therefore, every colleague at South Liverpool Homes has a responsibility to make SLH an inclusive environment where all colleagues and customers feel welcome and can be their authentic selves.
