Getting in touch with us this Christmas
On behalf of everyone at SLH we’d like to wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year. And while we do, here are some important dates for your diary over the Christmas period.

Opening times
Our lines close on Wednesday 23 December at 2pm and re-open at 9 am on Monday 4 January 2021.
Between these times all calls will be forwarded to our out of hours emergency service who will deal with emergency repair calls only.
Please note that during these times our social media accounts will not be monitored so if you need to get in touch in the event of an emergency, please call us on 0330 303 3000.

Out of hours service for emergency repairs
While we are closed our out of hours service is in operation for emergency repairs only on 0330 303 3000.
Emergency repairs are to remove the immediate danger to people or avoid major damage to your home. In the event of a severe incident, we will respond as soon as we possibly can.
An emergency repair could be no power or water in your home, a leak coming through the ceiling or a blocked toilet if you only have one toilet.

Paying your rent
During our Christmas closure period you can still pay your rent in the following ways:
- mySLH
- our automated payment line. Call 0330 303 3000, choose option 2 and option 2 again
- at the post office or using one of the other payment methods you can find here.
